Mehdi Taremi could leave Inter Milan only a year after joining the club on a free transfer from Primeira Liga giants Porto.

Per Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Iran international could be one of several forwards to depart the San Siro this summer.

Despite his outstanding figures at Estadio do Dragao, Mehdi Taremi has flopped in Serie A.

After converting just one penalty in 26 league appearances, he could wave goodbye to Inter.
