Report: Roma reach out to Claudio Ranieri

Roma are considering sacking Ivan Juric after only one month.

Following the humiliating defeat in Florence, which resulted in a 5-1 scoreline, and the difficult period in general for Roma, the Giallorossi management have kickstarted the search for Juric’s replacement.

As reported by ReteSport, Roma have reached out to former Giallorossi boss Claudio Ranieri who recently announced his retirement from club football.

This option emerged following the less than satisfactory results under Ivan Juric, a situation that intensified the discontent of the fans, after an already difficult start with De Rossi.

Ranieri, currently without a job, has already responded positively in the past to calls from Roma, such as in 2019 when he came in for the remaining 12 games of the season following Eusebio Di Francesco’s dismissal.
