Paris Saint-Germain is in negotiations with former Orleans goalkeeper Alexandre Letellier for a free transfer contract deal, according to a report from L’Equipe.

PSG currently has Marcin Bulka as its third-string goalkeeper. The report alludes that Bulka aims for regular playing time, thus is interested in departing from the club over the current transfer window. With goalkeepers Keylor Navas and Sergio Rico in front of him in the depth chart, Bulka is slated to only receive playing time if injuries sideline both talents, which is not ideal for a young talent like him who wants to earn consistent playing time.

PSG has not found a suitor just yet for the Polish goalkeeper. But in the meantime, the club may have already found his replacement in Letellier. The report alludes that PSG is in advanced negotiations with the free-agent Letellier and that an agreement could possibly come within days.

Letellier came up with PSG’s B team a decade ago. But with no real chance in becoming the team’s starting goalkeeper, he departed for Angers, where he also took part in three loan stints while signed with the French club. The French goalkeeper is currently without a club as he last played for Orleans over just a half-season.
