Mauro Icardi has an uncertain future in the French capital, like the many Paris Saint-Germain players that went out on loan this past summer transfer window.

Turkish media outlet Fanatik (via MilanNews) reports that Icardi isn’t rushing to decide on his future. The 29-year-old is one of the few loanee players having a successful 2022-23 season.

Icardi has scored nine goals and recorded six assists in 15 appearances in all competitions for Galatasaray. As a result, the striker draws interest from Serie A as the names of AC Milan and AS Roma are mentioned.

So, the Argentine does not plan to decide before July. Icardi has had success in Serie A, a league he knows well, so a return wouldn’t be out of the question.

Nonetheless, Galatasaray has already made it known they will pay €15m to sign him permanently. The İstanbul-based club is prime to win the league and clinch a spot in the UEFA Champions League next season, so keeping Icardi would be in their best interest.
