Sunday’s reports claim that Napoli have made a formal offer to sign former Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran from Al-Nassr, less than six months after he left Villa Park to move to the Saudi Pro League.
According to Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, Napoli have made a formal offer to sign Duran. Fenerbahce, currently led by former Inter and Roma coach Jose Mourinho, have also reportedly made an offer for the Colombian.
Napoli had also shown an interest in signing Duran prior to his Al-Nassr move during the winter transfer window.

Al-Nassr paid a reported fee of €77m to sign Duran from Aston Villa towards the end of the January transfer, while his former club, the Chicago Fire in MLS, benefitted due to a 15% sell-on clause.
The 21-year-old has come up with eight goals from 12 appearances since joining Al-Nassr from Aston Villa midway through the 2024-25 campaign.
He currently earns a reported salary of €10m net on his contract with the Saudi Pro League side.
