Report: Liverpool looking to open talks with 19-goal ace who’s at European Championships | OneFootball

Liverpool are interested in signing attacker Donyell Malen this summer window, according to reports from Germany.

The attacker hit 19 goals and set up a further 8 last season for PSV in the Dutch top flight and is currently representing the Dutch national team this summer at the European Championships.

Indeed, he looks one of the new wave of exciting Oranje attackers that are coming through at the moment and you can see him earning a big move away from the Eredivisie in the near future.

Indeed, according to Sky Germany, Liverpool are ready to rival Dortmund to try and sign the 22-year-old, with the report claiming that the Reds are looking to ‘initiate’ talks over a transfer.

Malen looks a bright player and may cost less money than some players we are being linked to that are already established in one of the top five leagues around Europe.

He’s a good attacker with huge amounts of potential and it’s also clear that his style of play would fit Liverpool’s in terms of what they want from a front three player.

The Reds need to add at least one more attacker this summer, perhaps Malen will be the one they go for.
