Inter Milan are reportedly keen to make one more signing in attack before the summer transfer window closes.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews. They suggest that the Nerazzurri could seek out an “Alexis Sanchez 2.0” style last minute opportunity.
Inter Milan have signed one striker so far this summer, in Ange-Yoan Bonny. Meanwhile, just as significantly, Francesco Pio Esposito has joined the Nerazzurri’s first team plans.
However, that has not stopped Inter from targeting other forwards.
For weeks, Inter tried to sign Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman in what became the transfer soap opera of the summer in Serie A.
Meanwhile, the Nerazzurri have also reportedly eyed up a variety of other potential opportunities to bolster their attack.

Tuttosport report that Inter’s intention is still to sign a forward.
However, the newspaper report, the Nerazzurri don’t exactly have any specific targets in mind.
On the one hand, Inter want to go into next season with five attacking options in their squad. On the other hand, they remain determined to offload Mehdi Taremi.
Therefore, Inter will see what opportunities emerge in the last week of the transfer window.
Tuttosport compare this to the summer of 2023 when Inter brought Alexis Sanchez back to the club.
The Chilean had left Inter via a free transfer one year earlier. However, after his one-year contract with Marseille expired, he returned the same way he left.
And according to Tuttosport, Inter could seek out something similar in the last days of this summer window.
