Italian journalist Luigi Garlando wrote in Milano based newspaper la Gazzetta dello Sport today about the differences between Inter coach Antonio Conte and Juventus coach Maurizio Sarri.
The report details how Conte is able to motivate each player with his military style charisma, even those players that the fans have already cast aside, like Antonio Candreva, who has impressed for the Nerazzurri in the team’s opening two games of the season.
Garlando also writes about how Conte’s players reach new heights due to his wealth of knowledge and history as a champion at both player and management level, both being a part of the Italy squad in the 1994 World Cup and winning multiple league titles with Juventus and Chelsea.
This is a noticeable different to Bianconeri coach Sarri, whose Europa League victory with Chelsea doesn’t inspire the same in his Juventus squad, a squad filled with players who have spent recent seasons winning almost everything domestically.
