Chelsea are reportedly taking a look at a 6ft 2in tall 26-year-old centre back that they have ‘good feelings’ about for the summer window.

The Blues will be looking to have a good summer transfer window off some back of some poor form lately. Although they did win their last match convincingly in the Premier League, beating Southampton.

Chelsea scout Beukema

According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Chelsea have scouted Sam Beukema, who plays as a centre for Bologna in their recent game against AC Milan.

He says Chelsea ‘have good feelings’ on the defender, but other clubs are also watching him.

Beukema is quite an experienced Dutch centre back who has played over 200 times in senior football, but he has never been capped at international level.

There have been no other reports from any other outlets linking Chelsea to this player, so we will have to wait and see if there is any substance to this one.
