Chelsea have identified Zion Suzuki and James Trafford as targets as they search for a new number one goalkeeper according to reports.
The Blues are set for a busy summer once again with the club looking to sign a striker, centre back and right footed attacker to bolster Enzo Maresca’s squad.
Chelsea face a critical window and could fund their business by selling as many as seven or eight players, with a number of squad members surplus to requirements or looking for a new challenge this summer.
Whilst a striker is the main priority fans would love to see the Blues sign a new goalkeeper this summer, with continued doubts over Robert Sanchez.
The Spaniard isn’t the most popular figure with supporters and no goalkeeper has made more errors leading to goals in the league than the 27-year-old.

It’s been reported Chelsea will conduct a summer review of the goalkeeper position before deciding if they need to enter the market.
Chelsea have been linked with Aston Villa’s Emi Martinez, but TEAMtalk have reported the Blues have identified Parma’s Suzuki and Burnley’s Trafford as targets.
The report adds Trafford is valued at around £40m and he kept 29 clean sheets in 45 Championship appearances this season.
TEAMtalk add sources say current goalkeepers Sanchez, Djordje Petrovic and Filip Jorgensen have failed to fully convince.
Arguably Chelsea’s best goalkeeper has been on loan at Strasbourg this season, and Petrovic has excelled in Ligue 1.
The Serb was named Strasbourg’s Player of the Season, and manager Liam Rosenior hailed him as “world class” earlier in the campaign.

It’s been reported Petrovic will return to compete for the number one shirt and he could play for the Blues at the Club World Cup next month.
Fans would be happy to see Petrovic in goal next season, but he’s already attracting interest from other clubs, and Chelsea know they would be in line to make a big profit on the £14m they signed him for in 2023.
