Report: Chelsea agree terms with Achraf Hakimi | OneFootball

The transfer window has only been open for a couple of days and already we are seeing reports of terms agreed for one of their targets.

The pursuit of Achraf Hakimi came as a surprise for many Chelsea fans, with the club seemingly looking at a new striker as the priority.

However, with PSG moving fast, it looks like a case of Chelsea needing to react fast if they want to secure a long-term club target.

Achraf Hakimi is the wanted man, and according to a report from Football Insider, Chelsea are now the favourites to sign the young wide man.

Further to this, personal terms have already been agreed between Hakimi and Chelsea, and it is just the fee that now needs to be agreed with Inter Milan, per the report.

It is certainly a transfer rumour that has rapidly gathered pace over the last couple of days and has a feel of something happening very soon.
