AC Milan have been offered the chance to sign Udinese star Rodrigo De Paul by an intermediary, according to one journalist.
The Rossoneri have been repeatedly linked with a move for De Paul since last summer, but La Repubblica recently reported that De Paul will instead head to the Premier League and join up with his compatriot Marcelo Bielsa at Leeds.
Nonetheless, there have been no developments on that front, with various sources instead claiming the player wants to stay in Italy and join a top Serie A club.
According to Alessandro Jacobone on Twitter, De Paul’s desire is to stay in Italy, so the intermediary Gabriele Giuffrida offered him to Milan.
However, there is a problem: Udinese are still asking for €35m, a figure considered excessive for a position where Milan are currently fully stocked.
Among the other teams linked are Inter, Juventus, Napoli and Fiorentina as well as Roma.
