With their spot in European competition next season still up in the air, Rennes have nevertheless begun planning for what promises to be a busy transfer window, both in terms of departures and arrivals.

For the former position, Rennes are keeping an eye on Reims’ Senegal international Dion Lopy – who has become a first-team regular for the Champagne side under Will Still – as well as Norwegian youth international Sivert Mannsverk from Molde.

With Croatian playmaker Lovro Majer potentially leaving this summer – despite a somewhat patchier effort this year, compared to his debut season – the club are also planning to move for an attacking midfielder. Their priority would be Lorient’s Enzo Le Fée, who has enjoyed a breakout season with their fellow Breton side, scoring 5 and assisting 5 so far. The French youth international’s season, though, has not gone unnoticed abroad either. Rennes face competition from Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen for his signing, while domestically speaking Nice are also in the running.
