Few strikers in recent memory have wowed quite like Radamel Falcao, who for a few years in the early 2010s was arguably the best No. 9 on the planet.
Over a two-year spell with Atlético de Madrid, he scored 70 goals in 91 games, including a stunning five against Deportivo on December 9, 2012.
On the day of his 39th birthday, let's reminisce on one of his greatest days.
The Colombian known as "El Tigre" got five of his side's six in a crushing 6-0 win, and his haul was a perfect encapsulation of his game. From penalties and poacher's finishes to stunning long-range efforts, he really could do it all.
In scoring five, Falcao also became the first LaLiga player to do so since Fernando Morientes 10 years earlier.
Falcao's short spell in Madrid saw him lead them to the Europa League, Copa del Rey and European Super Cup, ensuring a long-lasting legacy in the Spanish capital.
