Ligue 2 side Bastia have this week announces Régis Brouard as their new manager, with the 54-year-old replacing Mathieu Chabert at the Corsican club.
The former Red Star manager joins on an 18-month contract, and arrives with the club lying in 16th place after a defeat to Dunkerque over the weekend. His predecessor had been in charge since September 22.

Brouard had previously been managing Racing-Union in Luxembourg, and has regularly appeared on L’Équipe’s television channel as a pundit.
