Vice-captain Regan Graver explained how last weekend's cup final in front of a loud crowd had prepared the side for the trip to Clapton.
"Personally I'm feeling really confident," she said.
"We're coming off a great win on Sunday, a bit of a challenge with Farnham but coming off a win in a cup, with a trophy, I think we're all feeling quietly confident.
"Sunday was really intense. I think as soon as we stepped on the pitch we actually realised how much we did want to win and hold onto the trophy that we won last year.
"I think it's also going to be a really intense game this Sunday; Clapton bring a great crowd, a loud crowd, so I think feeling that vibe from last Sunday where it was loud and it was tense and taking that energy into this Sunday is going to be really positive for us."
This time last season the Bees faced Clapton away as they battled with Sport London E Benfica for the title and only managed to take home one point following a 2-2 draw.
Graver said the side understand what is at stake and how they need to approach this Sunday's clash.
"I think we probably are feeling the same way as we were this time last year heading into the game where we are fighting for something," she continued.
"In terms of where we need to be, I think we all know that this is a game that we need to win to get the promotion - we can end the league here."
Brentford are the current league leaders, five points ahead of Bromley and with a +44 better goal difference. The west Londoners also have a game in hand on their promotion rivals.
Bromley have two league games to play, with their highest possible points total being 58.
The Bees are currently on 57 points, meaning a win this weekend would secure the title and promotion.
A draw would put the side in a good position however, with two games to play, it would still be mathematically possible for Bromley to catch them should the Ravens defeat Dulwich Hamlet Reserves on Sunday afternoon.
A tense Capital Cup final against Farnham Town ended 3-3 at Meadowbank Stadium, Brentford then able to lift the trophy for a second-consecutive season following a 4-2 win on penalties.
Nikki Woods tapped home a rebound to give the Bees the lead in the first half, which was answered by Farnham soon after. Brentford then went 2-1 down early in the second half, before Ashley Cheatley found an equaliser.
Chloe Logie put Osborne’s side ahead inside the final 10 minutes, however a stoppage-time equaliser sent the game to a shoot-out.
Woods, Maddie Phillips and Carolin Engelhard each netted from the spot, while goalkeeper Sophie Boycott made two key saves. Cheatley stepped up and sent the fourth spot-kick into the back of the net to secure back-to-back titles for Brentford.
Previously against Clapton, a Cheatley hat-trick at Gtech Community Stadium helped the Bees secure a 7-0 win.
Over 3,500 fans watched on as Logie added a brace, Samantha Read and Woods also netted in a dominant display.
Clapton go into Sunday’s clash seventh in the league table, with 10 wins, three draws and eight losses.
It’s been an up-and-down campaign to date, but Clapton are in the midst of a good run of form, unbeaten in four games across all competitions with their last loss being to Leatherhead in March.
Within the four-game unbeaten run was a 2-0 win over Soccer Elite Football Academy in the Trophy Cup semi-final, securing Clapton’s spot in the final against Dulwich Hamlet Reserves on 25 May.
Emily Jayne Link has led the way up front for the side with 11 goals from her 25 appearances.
There will be updates from the game against Clapton Community on social media, as well as a match report on the club's official website and app.
The young outfit has shown steady development and improvement across this season, a strong run in the JGMT Cup highlighting the potential within the side.
While relegation has been confirmed, the Bees will look to go into next year with some momentum courtesy of a strong performance this weekend.
An Alicia Henry goal gave Brentford hope of a win against Comets at Bedfont Sports Club last time out, however two goals by the visitors secured a 2-1 win.
Previously against Luton, a strong outfit defeated Brentford 7-2. Holly Hawkes and Orla McComb both netted in the fixture, however it wasn't enough as the Hatters claimed all three points.
Luton go into Sunday's game one spot above relegation, but are safe for another season with five wins and 11 losses in the league.
After two-consecutive wins in March against Tooting Bec and Camden Islington United, they beat Stotfold Women 2-1 to win the Junior County Cup.
The Hatters reeled off back-to-back league losses to Hammersmith and Camden Town, before a win over Leyton Orient last time out.
Sanam Shahid has starred up front with 11 goals from 15 appearances.
