Celtic have been given just 3,323 tickets by Dundee for the first post-split fixture, which is also the second last away game this season in the league. On Celtic’s last visit to Dens Park Celtic received an allocation of 3,737 tickets for this match, but that number has now been reduced by 414 with Celtic now distributing just 3,323 tickets to the away support.

Tickets for the Celtic end at the Dundee v Celtic Scottish Premiership match this Sunday cost £32 for adults, £20 for Over 65s and students and £14 for Under 18s.

Our final away game of this Scottish Premiership campaign sees the Hoops head down to Ayrshire to play Kilmarnock on Wednesday 15 May. Last time we received an allocation of 3,971 tickets for Rugby Park and maybe Killie will look to cash-in on the title race by giving Celtic an additional stand and effectively doubling their money? Stranger things have happened but the trend in Scottish football is to opt for empty seats rather than paying customers and that just seems daft given the lack of money in the Scottish game. Daft!

This Kilmarnock v Celtic game will be on television and surely the additional revenue could come in handy over the close season as Kilmarnock look to build in their success under Derek McInnes? Kilmarnock supporters will be out in force and will be looking to get another victory over Celtic this season.

Yet they could easily accommodate all their supporters in the two main stands and give Celtic the stands behind each goal as has happened in the past when league titles have been on the line.
