Rachel Corsie, Jordan Nobbs, Dan Turner and Maz Pacheco will leave Aston Villa when their contracts expire in June, the club have confirmed in an online statement.

Corsie, who has captained the club in recent seasons, has made 56 appearances for the club since joining in January 2022. She led the club to the semi-finals of the Women’s FA Cup a year later.

Nobbs, who remains the only player to appear – and score – in every season of the Women’s Super League, will also depart the club this summer. In a statement released on social media, the former England international issued a “heartfelt thank you to everyone at Villa […] for welcoming me so warmly and supporting me through every high and low.”

Turner draws the curtain on her Villa career after 71 appearances over three seasons, during which she picked up the WSL’s Goal of the Season award for a strike against Manchester City in 2023.

Pacheco departs after four seasons with Aston Villa, in which time she has made 90 appearances. The full-back is the club’s longest-serving player, scoring three times during her stay in the Midlands.

The club added: “Everyone at Aston Villa Women would like to thank Rachel, Jordan, Dan and Maz for their service to the club and wish them all the best in their future careers.”
