Luka Jovic has reportedly decided on his next move this summer, with his compatriot Nikola Milenković playing a significant role in convincing the striker.
Today’s edition of La Nazione (via Firenzeviola.it) claims that Luka Jovic has chosen Fiorentina as his next club. It is understood that the Serbian had offers from at least ten clubs, but he has eventually nodded to Fiorentina’s request.
His Serbian teammate Nikola Milenković has reportedly played his part in persuading the forward’s resolution, telling him that playing under Vincenzo Italiano could help him revitalise his club career.
Hence, Jovic has already informed Fali Ramadani and Real Madrid of his decision to move to Florence this summer. But Real Madrid are open to concluding a loan deal without an obligation to buy for the striker.
With La Viola determined to part ways with Krzysztof Piątek, the club has been seemingly searching for an upgrade in the respective position for some time now.
On the other hand, the report also discusses the future of Milenković, who will be free to sign a pre-contact with his next club from January 2023.
