We like this, a lot. Not only does Real Madrid’s third strip look great but it’s helping the environment!

Real’s supposed new red number has been leaked ahead of the official release date via footyheadlines.com and has been created as part of Adidas’ ongoing collaboration with Parley, a company specialising in the recycling of ocean waste.

Bright (it’s very bright) and eye-catching, the jersey features an all-over graphic featuring two shades of red, a v-neck collar and a ‘For the Oceans’ inner neck tape. It’s bold but smart.

This season will not be the first time Los Blancos have played in red. The Spanish giants wore the same colour in 2011, though the kit apparently didn’t go down too well with some supporters.

However, we reckon Sergio Ramos and Co. will look the part as they attempt to reclaim the LaLiga title from Barcelona.
