After the international break, Real Madrid get the second month of competition underway. It will be a demanding run of games as the team will play their first two matches in this year's Champions League, the first one at the Alfredo Di Stéfano and the second one away from home, as well as three LaLiga matches. Among them, el Clásico at the Camp Nou.

The first match for the LaLiga leaders will be against Cadiz at the Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium (Saturday 17th, 6:30pm EST). Four days later, Real Madrid play their first Champions League game of the campaign at home against Shakhtar Donetsk (Wednesday 21st, 6:55pm CEST). This match will also be a special event as the Alfredo Di Stéfano Stadium will host a Champions League game for the first time.

Two away matches The Whites will then play two consecutive away matches, one in LaLiga and the other in Europe. In the domestic championship they will travel to Camp Nou to play the first Clásico of the season, on match day seven. Then in the Champions League they will play their first away game against Borussia Mönchengladbach at Borussia Park (Tuesday 27th, 9pm CEST).

Real Madrid will return to the Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium in the last weekend of October to take on recently promoted Huesca, in LaLiga match week eight.
