Tall, quick and with an impressive eye for goal – Miguel Baeza is certainly one Real Madrid youth player to watch out for in the coming years.

Similar in style to Kaka or Marco Asensio, Baeza has risen through the Blancos youth ranks at a rate of knots and has grown to become one of the hottest young attackers anywhere in Europe.

Real Madrid youth coach Raul put it best himself, describing the 18-year-old in glowing terms to the club website.

“A winger with a powerful shot, which allows him to cross in to assist the strikers and shoot on goal,” the former striker said.

“He dribbles beautifully and is intelligent in understanding play and his teammates. He shoots well on goal and gets up the field well.”

Smart tactically, dangerous going forward, and not afraid to try and beat defenders, he looks ready-made for first team football in the next few years.
