Real Madrid will reportedly not make any signings this summer due to the ongoing financial impact of COVID-19.
That’s according to Marca who claim that the squad have been told there will be no new additions during the off-season.
Martin Ødegaard has returned from Real Sociedad, while Dani Ceballos is expected to do the same from Arsenal after spending last season on loan.
During a squad meeting over the weekend, president Florentino Pérez and general manager José Ángel Sánchez reiterated that they will not spend any money in the transfer window.
Los Blancos will instead look to offload several players, with a report from earlier this week claiming that the club could sell up to nine player before the start of the next term.
