Real Madrid to learn Copa del Rey quarter-final fate today

Real Madrid will discover their Copa del Rey quarter-final opponents today, Friday 21 January. The last-eight draw will be staged at the Spanish Football Federation's headquarters and will see our team paired with one of the following seven teams: Mallorca, Cádiz, Rayo Vallecano, Valencia, Betis, Real Sociedad or Athletic.

Real Madrid will contest the quarter-final encounter, which will again be a one-legged affair, on 1, 2 or 3 February. The tie will be played at the home of the first team to be drawn. Should the Whites prevail, the two-legged semi-final awaits on the 9 or 10 February and 1, 2 or 3 March. The showpiece will be played on 23 April at La Cartuja.
