La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Thursday confirmed plans to host a viewing party for the club’s upcoming Champions League final outing.

Carlo Ancelotti’s troops are of course set to bring what has proven another hugely successful campaign to a close on the 1st of June.

As much will come by way of a Champions League finale showdown with German heavyweights Borussia Dortmund.

The Blancos faithful are expected to flood to London in their droves, to create a wall of support in their side’s efforts to extend their record as European football’s most successful-ever club.

Those to have missed out on tickets for the Wembley showpiece, though, need not fret.

This comes with Real Madrid set to do their part in ensuring that a further 80,000+ Blancos supporters are afforded the chance to take in the matchup in a stadium setting.

As per an official statement released on the capital club’s website, the Santiago Bernabéu will be converted into what will essentially be a giant cinema, on June 1st:

‘For the Champions League final that Real Madrid  are to play against Borussia Dortmund on June 1 in London, our club will install giant screens at the Santiago Bernabéu on the day of the match. In this way, season ticket and Euro season ticket holders, non-season ticket holders, Madridistas Premium and fans will be able to follow the match live and cheer on our team from the stands.’

Tickets, at different levels, are set to go on sale on Thursday evening, and will be available through May 31st, when the general public will have their chance to secure a spot at the stadium.
