Vinicius Jr. is quite clearly in the debate as one of the best players in world football right now, and it is only fitting that he represents Real Madrid.

The Brazilian winger, after all, has refined and elevated his game astronomically in recent years and is now one of Los Blancos’ most reliable and lethal weapons in attack.

Still just 24 years of age, the forward has a long career ahead of him and a plethora of titles to add to his cabinet. However, his quality has also attracted serious interest from Saudi Arabia where Al-Ahli hope to cut short his spell in Europe.

Vinicius does not budge

The Saudi Arabia-based side are willing to offer a world-record €350 million for Vinicius’ signing and are prepared to make him the most expensive player in the world. Needless to say, they also offer astronomical wages.

As relayed in a recent update by Melchor Ruiz, however, Vinicius is not contemplating a departure from the Spanish capital in any capacity despite the serious interest from Al-Ahli.

In fact, his situation is quite the opposite as he is fixated on making history with Real Madrid and a contract renewal beyond his current deal until 2027 cannot be ruled out.

So far this season, Vinicius has scored seven goals and provided one assist for Real Madrid in six UEFA Champions League appearances and also has 13 goal contributions in La Liga.

He even scored a brace and was named the man of the match in Los Blancos’ latest game in Europe, helping propel the team upward on the league table.

It is thus clear that Saudi Arabia will make a strong push for the player’s incorporation in the summer with the CEO of the league also confirming the same.

Given the player’s desire to stay and mammoth release clause, however, the chances appear slim.
