Real Madrid sensationally raid Barcelona for attacking talent Jaume Jardi | OneFootball

Real Madrid have sensationally raided Barcelona's La Masia academy for attacking talent Jaume Jardi.

Sport via Okdiario says talks have now been settled and that Jardi will sign for Real Madrid this week.

Real Madrid have convinced the 19-year-old striker with an attractive contract offer - his deal with Barça has since expired.

Until now Jardi had been a member of Juvenil A, though made his debut with Barcelona B last season. He rejected a new contract offer from the Catalans.

Instead, he's now settled terms with Real Madrid and will join shortly the Castilla team of coach Raul Gonzalez.

Born in Reus, Jardi is a Spain U18 international and can play on either wing or through the centre. Recruited from Reus five years ago, Jardi has worked his way through the levels at La Masia culminating with his Barca B breakthrough last season.

Jardi also saw action in the UEFA Youth League in the 2018/19 campaign with Barca.
