On Wednesday, Real Madrid will lock horns with Manchester City in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League knockout playoffs at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Having secured a 3-2 win in the first leg at the Etihad Stadium, Los Blancos will hope to drive home the advantage and secure a place in the Round of 16 with another win at home later this week.
Heading up to the game, Real Madrid have received a double injury boost as they have recovered two injured players.
On Sunday, David Alaba came back from his adductor injury and resumed training. Following in his footsteps, fellow defender Antonio Rudiger is now back training with the group in today’s session, reports MARCA.

As per the report, Rudiger, along with Alaba, completed the full team training session today and have great chances of being included in the squad list for the game against Manchester City.
The centre-back duo will undergo one final test tomorrow before the coaching staff makes a final decision on whether to call Rudiger and Alaba up for the game or not.
This comes as a major boost for Carlo Ancelotti after he had been forced to use Raul Asencio and Aurelien Tchouameni in the backline in the first leg at the Etihad.
Should Rudiger be passed fully fit, everything indicates that he will take one of the starting spots at the heart of the defence while Asencio is likely to be the second centre-half.
However, Lucas Vazquez is still not back in training and is practically ruled out of the contest, meaning Federico Valverde will again continue on the right side of the defensive unit.
