Real Madrid ready to turn attention from Kylian Mbappé to Sadio Mané | OneFootball

Sadio Mané has reportedly overtaken Kylian Mbappé as Real Madrid’s number one target for the upcoming transfer window.

Mbappé has been widely acknowledged as a Madrid player in waiting, admitting publicly that it has always been his dream to play for Los Blancos.

However Le10Sport in France have revealed that Zinedine Zidane’s side have now become frustrated with Paris Saint-Germain, who are playing hardball over their star asset.

As such, the Spanish giants are casting their eyes across Europe for other forwards and see Mané as the ideal man to rejuvenate their forward line.

France Football have claimed that there is some tension between Mané and Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp, with the Senegalese striker unhappy that the coach put Virgil van Dijk ahead of him in the running for the Ballon d’Or.

Liverpool though, will not let go of Mané easily and will only listen to offers in the region of €150m for the former Southampton star.

That won’t stop the Santiago Bernabéu outfit however, who are looking for a long-term replacement for the ageing Karim Benzema and the under-performing Luka Jović.
