According to a report in Sunday’s Independent, yes.

They reveal that talks between the Portugal international and the Bianconeri are so far advanced that the Blancos hierarchy are looking at potential replacements.

It’s claimed that president Florentino Perez is open to the idea of selling Ronaldo to the Italian giants, so as to fund a move for either Neymar or Kylian Mbappé.

Both strikers have been heavily rumoured to be of interest to Madrid in the past, with the Brazil international long thought to be desperate to join the Santiago Bernabéu outfit.

And the report in the Independent has insisted that the European champions are ready to sell their prize asset if they can lure one of Paris Saint-Germain’s forwards to Spain.

PSG are unlikely to be keen on letting their marquee men go for fear of being seen as second class citizens to the Spanish giants.

However, it’s claimed that bids of over €222m would be enough to land either man.

This one is primed to go on and on.
