Real Madrid conclude their La Liga campaign by hosting Real Betis on Friday night.

The Spanish champions followed a 6-0 thumping of Levante with a 1-1 draw at Cadiz last time out but are expected to field a more recognisably star-studded side than in Andalusia at the weekend.

Some big names should return to the lineup, looking to maintain their sharpness ahead of the Champions League final later in the month.

GK: Thibaut Courtois - Should come back to claim his starting spot after Andriy Lunin made his La Liga debut last time out. RB: Dani Carvajal - Should get his place back to pick up some sharpness having played just 26 minutes since that semi-final second leg against Manchester City. CB: Nacho - Captained the side against Cadiz and could keep his place. CB: Eder Militao - David Alaba missed the final training session on Thursday morning and remains an injury doubt.LB: Ferland Mendy - Lucas Vazquez featured on the left of the back line last time out but first-choice Mendy is expected to return. CM: Dani Ceballos - Has been quietly impressive when rotation has given him the chance in recent weeks, and could cap off his campaign with a start here. CM: Eduardo Camavinga - Casemiro could be given a breather having played in Andalusia at the weekend, giving the wonderful Camavinga another opportunity at the heart of the side. CM: Luka Modric - The only one of the usual midfield trio to miss out in Cadiz (due to suspension), Modric could feature here. RW: Gareth Bale - Could well be the Welshman's final game for the club, for whom he has been an utterly underappreciated hero. ST: Karim Benzema - Benzema is expected to return in a bid to finish his domestic season by reaching 40 La Liga goal involvements. LW: Vinicius Junior - Not involved in that draw with Cadiz, either, but should be afforded a return prior to the mouth-watering encounter with Liverpool eight days later.
