Real Madrid seem to be on track to creating one of the best teams to ever be assembled as they are looking to bring in Kylian Mbappe and Alphonso Davies in the summer.

The former has already informed PSG about his decision to leave on a free transfer in the summer, and is heading towards the Spanish capital, as multiple reliable sources report.

The latter, meanwhile, is under contract at Bayern Munich until 2025, but is not leaning towards extending this summer. As it stands, he is closer to leaving than staying with the Bavarians, which plays perfectly into Madrid’s hands.

These two will be the major signings in the summer, with most of the rest of the squad already ready and gunning.

Madrid do need to sort out their midfield, though, with both Toni Kroos and Luka Modric’s contracts expiring in the summer. The club have already informed the former that the want him to continue, but the latter’s future is still uncertain.

According to a report from Jose Felix Diaz, Madrid are planning next season with Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga, and Federico Valverde as the main men in midfield, hoping that Kroos can serve as the first deputy.

Kylian Mbappe and Endrick will be a part of the firing line in attack, with the latter expected to be integrated slowly into the team after his arrival in the summer.

Jude Bellingham is also still very much part of the conversation, and could be used as both, a midfielder or a forward, as he has done this season.

Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo could potentially continue to be starters for the team, with the intention of developing Nico Paz and Arda Gulers to compete for a starting spot in a few years.
