A number of clubs have been trying to sign Mykhaylo Mudryk ahead of the upcoming January transfer window but throughout the entire saga, Arsenal have always, reportedly, been ahead of their competition.
Now in Italy, some sites there are coming to terms with Arsenal beating out Juventus while in Spain, the same is happening in regards to the interest of Real Madrid.
It was claimed last week that Mudryk (and Tielemans) have their hearts set on a move to north London while at the start of this week claims were being made that Arsenal and Shakhtar have found an agreement somewhere in the region of €40m.
As I was reading though a report from Spain, they noted, “The young Ukrainian footballer has already spoken about a hypothetical interest from Arsenal and Madrid in an interview on Vlada Sedan’s Youtube channel: “From a purely hypothetical perspective… if there was the option of being a bench player at Real Madrid or a starter at Arsenal, I would probably choose Arsenal.”
If you don’t know, Vlada Sedan is Oleksandr Zinchekno’s wife, who is a Ukrainian journalist.
