Real Madrid kicked off their LaLiga procession with a thumping win over Alavés.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side were afforded a guard of honour as they posed with their 36th Spanish title before kick-off.

Los Blancos continued the party theme shortly before the interval when Fede Valverde produced a rasping strike from the left-hand side of the box.

Vinícius doubled his tally in the second half with a blasted effort inside the penalty area to extend an already resounding victory for the champions.

But Arda Güler wrapped up maximum points for the hosts courtesy of a close-range volley after being teed up by Camavinga.
