Real Madrid have immortalised the historic Copa Libertadores final between River Plater and Boca Juniors at their Santiago Bernabéu museum.

Last year’s marquee South American match had to be taken away from the Argentine capital for safety reasons.

After much to-ing and fro-ing the final was eventually given to Madrid’s famous stadium where River ran out 5-3 aggregate winners.

And now the Spanish side have marked the occasion by housing their own replicate of the trophy with highlights from the game.
