Real Madrid have arrived in Alicante. The team who take on Alcoyano tonight in their Copa del Rey opener, departed from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport en route to Alicante-Elche airport, where they touched down after a flight of just over an hour.

The Real Madrid travelling party then made their way to the Ciudad de Alcoy hotel, where the players will be based until shortly before the match in the last 32 of the competition (9:30pm CET).
