Fans of La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Wednesday been afforded some altogether positive news on the personnel front.

This comes amid confirmation that Federico Valverde will be fit and available to play his part in the club’s crunch showdown with Manchester City.

Real Madrid are of course set to return to action later this evening.

After besting Man City by three goals to two at The Etihad last week, Los Blancos will play host to Pep Guardiola’s troops in the 2nd leg of the crunch Champions League playoff tie between the clubs.

The aforementioned Federico Valverde was for his part labelled as a doubt in the buildup to the clash, after being forced to sit out training with discomfort.

As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, then those of a Real persuasion need not fret.

As per a report from Relevo:

‘Fede Valverde is already at 100%, and will remain on the right flank (against Man City).’
