The respective boards at La Liga outfits Real Madrid and Getafe have on Thursday sewn up a transfer agreement.
That’s according to Relevo, who point towards the deal in question as being for Peter Federico.
Attacker Peter, for his part, spent the 2nd half of this past season out on loan away from Real Madrid, with Valencia.
After initially making clear their intention to make the transfer a permanent one, however, Los Che’s difficult financial situation has since seen the operation come to a standstill.
And as much, it would appear, has opened the door for another of the Spanish top-flight clubs to take advantage.
As per Relevo, Getafe have identified Peter as something of a priority signing, with a view to the 2024/25 campaign.
So much so that negotiations have long been kicked into gear with their counterparts at the Santiago Bernabéu, over a loan deal of their own for the 21-year-old.
And on Thursday, an accord, it is claimed, has been found:
‘The team headed by Miguel Ángel Torres and the white institution have closed the agreement for the Dominican winger to wear the blue jersey next season.’
