La Liga giants Real Madrid have this afternoon been dealt a fresh blow on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that a key member of the club’s frontline will be unavailable for the club’s next outing.
The player in question? Vinícius Jr.
Real, and Vinícius, are of course currently locked in action, in the club’s final outing before the upcoming international break.
As things stand with 45 minutes on the clock in Pamplona, it is the visitors who boast the advantage, owing to goals on the part of Dani Carvajal, and that man Vinícius.
As alluded to above, though, on an otherwise positive afternoon’s work to date on the part of the latter, Real’s explosive wide-man has also been dealt a blow.
This comes with Vinícius having picked up an untimely suspension.
Late in the first-half at El Sadar, the Brazilian was shown a yellow card for dissent.
His fifth of the campaign in La Liga, Vinícius will in turn be unavailable for selection to boss Carlo Ancelotti in Real’s meeting with Athletic Club on the far side of the international break.
