Real Madrid have announced that goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is suffering from sciatica and will miss their match with Osasuna later today.
The Belgian stopper has been out on international duty and played 90 minutes versus Wales and the Netherlands in the Nations League last week.
The club have yet to announce how long the 30-year-old will be out for, with more information to follow after further tests.
With El Clásico coming up on October 16, supporters face an anxious wait to see whether Courtois will be available.
