Real Madrid have confirmed Eduardo Camavinga has ruptured the external lateral ligaments in his right knee, an injury that is rumoured to keep him out for approximately two months.
The injury was sustained while on international duty with France and after Camavinga returned to his club, scans confirmed the extent of it.
He will now be ruled out for the rest of the year, which adds to Carlo Ancelotti’s injury concerns, with fellow French midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni already out and Vinícius Júnior forced off in Brazil’s loss to Colombia last night amongst others.
