Real Madrid begin preparations for upcoming Champions League clash | OneFootball
The team have completed their first training session at Real Madrid City ahead of their upcoming Champions League encounter. Ancelotti's team take on Sheriff Tiraspol at the Santiago Bernabéu in their second Group Stage game (Tuesday, 9:00pm). The starting line-up against Villarreal carried out a recovery session.
Training kicked off with a series of demanding physical drills out on the pitch and in the gym. The Whites then worked in rondos, performed possession exercises and completed a game on a reduced-size pitch. Carvajal, Marcelo, Mendy, Ceballos and Bale worked out using the indoor facilities.
