According to Mundo Deportivo, Real Madrid are among the clubs interested in the services of Javi Guerra. The young midfielder currently plies his trade with Valencia’s youth setup and is regarded as one of the most gifted players to come out of the club’s academy in recent years.

Guerra has built a solid reputation in the youth divisions due to his ability to control the ball and distribute possession all around the park. He is also a technical player, who can dribble past players, if necessary.

The 19-year-old made his professional debut with Valencia last season, under the leadership of Jose Bordalas. The player has been involved in Valencia’s senior team training this season, though he has yet to feature under Gennaro Gattuso.

With his current contract at Valencia expiring at the end of the season, there is a possibility Guerra could leave the club in 2023. Real Madrid have already been alerted to his situation and are actively trying to lure him from Valencia on a free transfer before the start of next season.

Real Madrid are not the only club interested in the services of Javi Guerra. The midfielder has been courted by arch-rivals Barcelona as well.

The Catalans are even confident about the pursuit as they appear to have good contacts with the player’s representatives. Guerra’s representative, Integral Advising Football, is contracted with Barcelona players such as Inaki Pena and Ez Abde.

Real Madrid, though, have established first contacts with Javi Guerra over a potential move to Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season.

The club have developed a reputation for their ability to nurture young talents in the recent past, thus making the Santiago Bernabeu an appealing destination for the player.

Valencia are thought to be keen on keeping hold of Guerra. However, they are yet to reach an agreement with the player, who has not yet responded to a contract extension offer.
