Real Madrid and adidas unveil the 2022-23 away jersey

Real Madrid and adidas have unveiled their away kit for the 2022-23 season. The dominant colour is a new shade of purple, which combines with the jersey's black detailing around the rounded collar and stripes on the shoulders. They jersey also boasts a striking pattern, reminiscent of those used on adidas kits throughout the 90s. The team will debut the new strip in the Soccer Champions Tour clash with Juventus, set to be played in Los Angeles on 30 July.

The design is inspired by the pre-match atmosphere and uses HEAT.RDY KEEP COOL technology to regulate players' temperatures during games. The new jersey is made using recycled materials and is now on exclusive sale in adidas and Real Madrid stores, alongside a selection of other outlets.
