Real Betis are watching Oscar Mingueza's situation at Barcelona.
The defender's current deal expires this summer, but Barca hold a unilateral option to extend it to 2023.

However, while the current management team favours triggering the option, everything will hinge on the March 7 election and what the new regime believes.
And Betis have already made contact with Mingueza's minders about a summer move.
The Verdiblancos see Mingueza as a potential replacement for Aissa Mandi, who is set to leave when his deal expires in June.
