Real Betis coach Manuel Pellegrini admitted some relief after their exciting 4-3 Europa League defeat of Celtic.
Pellegrini admits the Hoops surprised them before some tactical changes turned the game around.
He later said, "They started better than us and in the first 20 minutes they scored two goals. At that moment, we had also two or three very clear goal [chances] but Joe Hart made good saves. We continued working and were able to score four goals. In the second half we recovered the ball, we didn't have too much danger in our box and we scored the goals.
"We fixed some tactical questions from the first half, especially with the two central midfielders; the two opposition full-backs were receiving [the ball] too easily inside. We fixed that problem and after that we didn't lose too many balls and started causing danger in their defence.
"They had a line of four that played high. Good balls behind them were the reason we scored so many goals."
