RC Strasbourg: Pape Daouda Diong joins Dunkerque on loan | OneFootball

Pape Daouda Diong has signed with USL Dunkerque on loan until June 2026. The Senegalese talent temporarily leaves RC Strasbourg in search of more playing time in Ligue 2.

Pape Daouda Diong will continue his development at USL Dunkerque. Racing Club de Strasbourg officially announced, this Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the loan of their young striker for the upcoming season. “He will discover Ligue 2 with the northern club, joining them on loan without a purchase option until the end of the 2025/2026 campaign.”

Signed in the summer of 2024 from AF Darou Salam, the academy product from Senegal made his professional debut with Racing last season. Pape Diong appeared in eleven matches across all competitions for the first team. Among his notable moments, his goal at Parc des Princes against Paris Saint-Germain left a lasting impression.
