RC Lens defender Jonathan Gradit could be out of action until the Ligue 1 Uber Eats season resumes in December.

RC Lens full-back Jonathan Gradit fractured his right collarbone in Friday's 1-0 win over Troyes in the opening game of Ligue 1 Uber Eats Round 7, coach Franck Haise said. Lengthy absence "It was almost the perfect night, but then we had this serious injury for Jo," said Haise in his post-match conference on Friday. "He has a fracture of the [right] collarbone, I don't think we will see him again before the World Cup [which starts on 20 November]. We will see." The Lens man was injured in the tenth minute when he collided with Erik Palmer-Brown. He landed badly on his right shoulder and had to be replaced a few minutes later by Przemyslaw Frankowski.
