RB Leipzig have confirmed that Jesse Marsch will become the club’s new head coach.
Marsch will replace Julian Nagelsmann, who will join Bayern Munich this summer after the clubs agreed a world-record fee.
Marsch, 47, has been involved with Red Bull since 2015. He first managed the New York Red Bulls in MLS, before joining RB Leipzig as an assistant coach for one season in 2018/19.
Marsch then took his talents to Austria where he has managed Red Bull Salzburg since June 2019, winning the domestic double in his first season.
