With King Midas in charge of Monterrey, it’s little wonder why he’s looking to poach a number of Chivas players for next season.
Monterrey’s heavy interest in Alexis Vega is well known as it’s been rumoured that they are looking to give him much more than Chivas can afford.
Now, Multimedios Deportes claim that Rayados are also looking at Alan Eduardo Torres after Víctor Manuel Vucetich made a personal request.
It should be remembered that Torres played some of his best football with Vucetich in charge of Chivas, so a potential move could be a win-win for all parties.
The 22-year-old started 11 matches last season but has been relegated to the bench and has only played 216 minutes in the current campaign.
